Planning to add a 2nd X.400 link to our site in Brussels, but I was wondering if I set the cost for the 2nd link to the highest at my end, but the cost for the 1st link to the highest at Brussels end and vice-versa, would this mean that only outgoing mails would travel by the first link and incoming mails come in through the 2nd link?
