Please forgive this basic question but I am new to Exchange.

How do you forward email to another internal user?
I have found how to set up a contact and how to forward that to an
external address, but I cannot find any documentation on forwarding
email to an internal address.
I want to do this with a contact instead of a full AD account if
possible.

We were using Ipswitch Imail before.  To forward to another address in
Imail, you had a 'Forward to' box; very cut and dry.
