Not quite sure what you are looking for?

In outlook you can set up multiple accounts for the same domain .i.e

Account1 == Exchange server
Account2 == [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Account3 == [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Account4 == [EMAIL PROTECTED]

When composing an email you can select what account to use as the sender
(there is an account button)

When replying to an email , it should default to the account it was
received on

This is what I use at home (excluding the exchange server account) for
multiple smtp accounts using one outlook profile.

Is that what your looking for??

Cheers
Dean

Hi Dean,

I've narrowed down the issue. Outlook uses the SMTP connect for whatever

  account is the default in the profile.

If the IMAP account is default, then the calendar's emails don't go
through Exchange like they should.

If the Exchange account is default, then the IMAP SMTP is not used for
normal mail as it should. Is it possible to specify individual SMTP
accounts to be used per account?

Thanks
David
