When you restored the AD account, that should have brought back all the
user's proprerties uncluding home MDB.

Subject: finding a deleted & purged mailbox

Exchange 2003 1 Server - 4 SGs 19 DBs (other servers exist no users
provisioned)

A user was deleted a few days ago and is now outside of the window to
recover deleted mailboxes. I've restored the AD account (with
ADRestore)
and given the user a dial-tone mailbox, but don't know which of the 19
databases to have restored to an RSG. A different group handles all
backups
/ restores for this environment, so I need to coordinate everything
through
them.

Any way to figure out which DB this users mailbox was in without going
through all 19 databases?

Howie
