It seems to be an error from the remote server, the BSD does not have it in
the queue -it keeps coming into the BSD box as a new message- and then hands
it to exchange

And that same user has since sent another message with out any issues,
unfortunately the SMTP server they are using is from their ISP in Tanzania
and it is very difficult to get them to do anything-

Is it in the Exchange bound queue on your BSD box?

Either the BSD box or Exchange is not terminating the session correctly and
the message remains in the queue and then gets retried again and again.

Find it in the DBS box's queue and remove it

Scratch that -  the server IS showing  the same message coming in again and
again

I had not noticed because it was coming from my BSD box-

But when I checked the BSD box it does show that message coming in
repeatedly.

Is the receving user's Outlook by any chance configured with a MAPI
(Exchange) account AND a POP3 account pointing to the same exact
Exchange server?

Hi everyone, 

I'm having an issue with a message that is coming into a users mailbox
repeatedly-

Exchange message tracking shows the following;

12/5/2006 9:07 am  SMTP submitted to advanced queuing
12/5/2006 9:07 am  SMTP started message submission to advanced Queue
12/5/2006 9:07 am  SMTP Message submitted to categorizer
12/5/2006 9:07 am  SMTP Message categorized and queued for routing
12/5/2006 9:07 am  SMTP message queued for  local delivery
12/5/2006 9:07 am  SMTP message delivered locally to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
12/5/2006 9:07 am  SMTP store driver message delivered locally to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]


And it keeps repeating with the same entries except for the time stamp 

Its been delivered 16 times since yesterday-

The key here is the user does  use Eudora from home-POP3 but she does
use outlook here in the office-

I'd like to know why this is occurring if  its not possible then can I
remove that message from the store? Or any other work around?
