I've had problems installing the .NET Framework which is required by
this calendar fix tool. The IIS Admin service fails to stop:
Error 1921.Service 'IIS Admin Service' (iisadmin) could not be
stopped. Verify that
you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.
I can't understand why this is happening, and there's not a lot online
about the problem. Furthermore the .NET Framework is not listed as a
required update in MS Update or MBSA.
If there are no known gotchas then I'll have to stop the services from
AutoStarting and finish the installation after a reboot.
