Get her out of outlook (shut PC down)
Send emails to here mailbox
Open her mailbox in OWA
See if new mail gone to deleted items
If
they haven't probably
then
problem with profile on PC
Else
Not problem with PC - No idea
Apart from does she log in anywhere else and does she have any mobile
devices etc?

No rules AT ALL in her outlook-
Now here's the peculiar part- I did see that Outlook got hung up
according
to the event log-
but what caught my attn was that when I go to her inbox and select
"recover
deleted items" it shows nothing , as if no messages were ever there-
Also everything in her subfolders stayed intact-

Agreed. I'd say that the fact that the messages are in Deleted Items,
in and of itself, is proof of user action. But then we have to look at
what 'user' means. It could be her, or her rules, or someone else who
has physical or delegated access to her mailbox.

I am betting you both are right. Check her rules in Outlook. She has a
move or auto delete running.
