Milt, There was an excellent blog entry at http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/02/14/419562.aspx last year with some LogParser examples to get some insight into Activesync usage. A later entry even offers a small COM+ object to make this a permanent 'service'.

We contacted the users to see if there was a problem with the device, was it lost, were they in an area of no coverage, etc. The users advised they had uninstalled the GoodLink client and move over to Activesync via the OWA server. We are totally unaware of how many people might be using this service.
