Hello, folks,

In Exchange 2003, we would like to have Outlook Mobile Access turned off
by default, and only enable it on a per-user basis. This would eliminate
the need to have our Help Desk go through over 1,000 user objects, and
turn it off, not to mention having to remember to turn it off for every
new user. We only have about 50-100 people at most who have
email-capable mobile phones and want to read corporate email on them.

Is there a way to do this? Or do we have to leave it on by default and
turn it off on a per-user basis, as we are contemplating doing?

Many thanks, colleagues.
