I've heard of NK2 ... Nickname cache file that remembers addresses you send to 
so that it "pops up" next time you are addressing a message.
 
Have not heard of NCK

Has anyone heard of Outlook.nck file? It's supposed to be an offline
lookup file Outlook uses when it's configured in cache mode, connecting
to EXCH 2K3.
