Hello, running Exchange 2003. What is the best way to disable the auto archive feature in Exchange once and for all. I mean the pop that comes up on the user side asking "do you want to archive items". Is it by group policy or some other way? Also, how do we control existing archive files that users may have created by clicking "YES".
