You'd need a product to synchronize GAL contacts or PF contacts to a user's normal contacts folder. I tried one at some point, don't remember the name... pretty sure I got the link from Slipstick though. (it's not a windows mobile specific solution, I'm not aware one exists, though one could certainly be written).
