Welcome, Brett. If you look at the recent thread 'Last logged on' there is
a discussion of the very limited auditing means available for Exchange.
The word security encompasses a lot of stuff. Can you narrow it down to one
aspect that is of particular interest to you?
If you mean Anti Virus, the consensus among the Wise Ones on the List (and
I'm not one of them) is that Sybari Antigen is the favored software.
Personally, I use Symantec Mail Security, and it's served me well for the
most part, but it is prone to outbursts of bad behavior, and its Spam and
Anti Spyware functions suck.
