You could try using Outlook 2K3's Group Schedule Tool, found under the
Actions menu when you're in a calendar view.

Group -

I was presented with an interesting issues for resolution. A user was
requesting a view in outlook 2k3 for viewing multiple resource calendars
at
once.
Now I know you can add additional calendars in the calendar view, but
when
you add more than 6 calendars simultaneously the view is unreadable
without
clicking on the items in question.
The user wants to be able to view all of the resources, or the
availability
of the resources in one viewing. Anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks as always,
John Q. Jr.
