Last I checked you can't.  The only way would be to attempt to filter them
out.

Out of office messages are just automatic replies from a user account with
some logic behind them to only send one (Assuming a good server/client
implementation) per e-mail address. 

Take a look at one they look like any other message you would get from a
user.  Nothing special.

I manage an email marketing service for a number of clients. When they send
out newsletters we routinely get back OOF messages from Exchange and other
servers.

Is there anything I can add to the header that will prevent servers from
sending me the OOFs?
