All, I am looking at integrating an SQL contact management database with end users address books in Outlook. We are using SQL 2000 and Exchange 2003.
We have about 28,000 contacts in the database we would want to make available and would wish to flag specific distribution lists and individual e-mail addresses within the database so they are only visible to the specific business units within out organisation e.g. policy team only see contacts flagged as policy contacts in the database and the same for distribution lists. I would be grateful of suggestions of any third party solutions or bespoke approaches people use to achieve this.
