Subject: Calendar Access

I'd like to give user A (who doesn't have his own Exchange mailbox)
permission to access user B's calendar. I thought perhaps User A could
access User B's calendar through OWA. When I go to user B's calendar to
give User A permissions, it only lists users in the GAL. Since User A
doesn't have a mail enabled account his name isn't listed. Both A and B
have accounts in the same domain. I'm using Exchange 2003. Is there a way
to do this?

Thanks for your help.
