Are you doing reverse lookups on incoming msgs? (SMTP Virtual Server properties > Delivery tab > Advanced) If you are, you should configure external DNS servers, or it WILL hammer yours.
I'm using Ninja now, and it works OK, but I'm a little disappointed with all of its bugs. Sunbelt is pretty responsive & fixes most of them quickly, but it's caused several short outages here, and it still causes many messages with attachments to timeout and drop.
