I apologize for this off-topic post. I have several users who complain that Outlook doesn't send messages even after clicking send/receive. The most recent report I have is that messages are stuck in the outbox and, if you exit Outlook and open it again, mail gets sent. They are using Outlook 2003 with POP/SMTP. Has anyone run into this problem and found a solution to it?
