It's the "mail" attribute, but for a mailbox-enabled user it doesn't mean much. If you populate the values using Active Directory Users and Computers, this value will be the reply SMTP address, i.e., the one that's bolded with the capital SMTP in E-Mail Addresses. If you create or modify a user using a script it can be different, but it shouldn't be.
