I have exchange 2003 with three servers, two back-end and one front-end.
I have extended the schema for exchange 2007 but I have not installed any
nodes with E2k7 yet.
Anyway everything is on 2003, we didn't move mailboxes to 2k7. Everything
works fine except one, shared calendar.
It's resource calendar "Conference Room" and it's used for set appointments
in this room. Last week, users who use Outlook 2007 can't sent meeting
request with conference room as resource. Users using OLK2003 can book the
resource just fine.
An interesting note is, As best I can tell this resource mailbox was the
first resource mailbox set in this environment.
Error message we're getting when booking this calendar as a resource is:
Cannot open the free/busy information. Cannot directly book a resource for
this meeting.
I can't open the calendar and can book appointments if I open the calendar
directly, either.
If I open the mailbox as the resource account itself I can book directly on
the calendar.
