Thank you everyone for the responses, I was just making sure there were MMC gotcha's with the old 2003. I made the box that way and all is good. I must say I am very impressed with the upgrade path, it is very painless.
My favorite upgrade feature is I can roll everyone to the new CAS for OWA but they will not get the new interface until I move their mailbox to a 2007 server. So we can go in small groups so the help desk phone does not explode. One more question, that I can't find a definitive answer on. We did folder cleanups on 2003, deleting anything older than 180 days from the inbox. We taught our users to create sub-folders under Inbox for items they needed to keep. In 2003 I could target the Inbox and it would NOT touch the sub-folders. I have a sinking feeling this has changed in 2007, and that it will hit the sub-folders of Inbox. Anyone know for sure, I am finding conflicting answers? > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:bounce- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Albert Duro > Sent: Wednesday, January 02, 2008 10:30 PM > To: Exchange Discussions > Subject: Re: Exchange 2007/2003 co-existence question. > > I just migrated to 07 over New Year's.
