I tried this one, and it did not seem to work. However, when I sent it
to the individuals separately, it worked. Then I thought, could there be
a system-wide updating that needs to take place? There are less than a
dozen department heads, so doing it individually was certainly no
hardship for me. Maybe I should do this the next time through AD?

If he wants a group of people to be able to view his calendar, create a
DL with the department heads in it and grant them reviewer rights to his
calendar.

Subject: Calendar rights

I found a piece of software from Symprex that allows me to assign
calendar rights to many at one time. Our president wants all the
department heads to be able to access his calendar. Has anyone used
anything from this company and/or are there available tools that would
do the same thing for less. The software is a bit pricey.
