I tried this one, and it did not seem to work. However, when I sent it to the individuals separately, it worked. Then I thought, could there be a system-wide updating that needs to take place? There are less than a dozen department heads, so doing it individually was certainly no hardship for me. Maybe I should do this the next time through AD?
