I have seen a similar message to senders occasionally if the recipient is using Ironmail (Secure Computing's Spam Filter) which can be configured to use a reputation based filtering system. Other systems from other companies may provide this kind of rejection as well....
You can check your sender domain and IP address at the below URL to see if any red flags have been raised for them (thus leading to the blocking).
