If she has an Outlook 97-2002 PST file she may be near it's max size of
2GB.  I would suggest creating a new PST file with the new format and
move the messages over to it.

Her PST (archive folder) is here on her PC- There are no quotas set
here- but
the odd thing is here it works fine- I will  take a test machine here,

try to load her profile and see what error , if any, I get.

It's also very likely her mailbox has exceeded her limit, and or she has
a pst that is mounted with her cached exchange profile that is to large.
Make sure she also has Office 2003 SP3 Installed with all updates, and
that now PST's are being mounted with her profile.  If after you do all
you and it still fails you have bigger problems.

Look at the Mail Store on the Exchange Server where that Users Mail Box
resides.  I have a funny feeling your running Exchange 2003 SP2 and that
your Mail Store is just about 16GB in size.

If all that is true then you have reached the default size limit for an
exchange server mail store for that version of exchange. When this
happens the mail store may work one day and totally freak out the next
day.

To fix this issue you need to make reg-edits for each mail store you
want to increase past 16GB. If this is your issue and you need a link to
a good article on this topic I can provide one later.

her OST re-created it and again the same error- she has XP sp2 and
