Internal it is mail.imcu.com.
Is that bad?

You need an internal and an external MX record. You have one externally:

imcu.com MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = MX1.imcu.com

obviously, I cannot check internally for you.

Ok I have reviewed the emails from last week.
Looked into my org's dns records.
I have a forward lookup zone of imcu.com with a mail 'a' record.
The way the article by jon-alfred smith reads I should have a zone
mail.imcu.com??
Doesn't appear to be correct but I am not 100% sure.
