ok, although in the queue viewer there is no last error, when I look at the
message itself there is a last error

What is the “Last Error” displayed in the messages queues? I had a similar
problem, although with a Split Exchange 2013 Mailbox CAS implementation. The
remediation steps may be helpful in your case if the errors are DNS related.
