Global Settings\Internet Message Formats\Right click\New-Domain, or
create a custom contact and set the advanced email properties to plain
text only. The first method may be better. If you do the second method,
you might want to create a separate OU; I find it easier to remember
where the oddball domains are kept when their in a separate OU.

You can configure the mailbox settings for IMAP4 and POP3 for a
plaintext default (exchange advanced\protocol settings), but I don't
believe you can do it as a default for the entire mailbox (though I
could be wrong).

Really? Interesting...I'm gonna have to check into doing this :) Any
pointers as to where I can find this info at?

Can you do that reverse? What I mean is can you force an email box to
only accept plain-text email?

You need to configure your server to send only plain text to
internet.com. If your default global setting is set to send both HTML
and Plaintext, you can either change that, or create a domain exception
for internet.com, or create a custom contact and configure it for plain
text.

Sorry, your stylized text, or HTML mail can not be distributed through
the Internet.Com.

The only acceptable format for posting to the Internet.Com is ASCII
