Well, to be fair, mailboxes aren't *activated* in E2K until the user logs
onto them the first time. But they're definitely already created.

Excuse me??? A mailbox is created in Xadmin. A profile for the mailbox
is created through Outlook or any other mail client.

Is there a way to have Outlook load balance out the mailboxes between
the two new servers? Meaning that when Outlook rehoming the profiles..
We currently have profile generator and one server in our site. What we
are going to is two new servers in our site...
