no, I just disabled the account - simple as that. I've noticed this ever
since we moved our mailboxes to E2k. We still have an Ex 5.5 server running
as well for a short time. The user account still has the mailbox associated
and the e-mail addresses are still supplied...

A disabled account should still receive mail, it's just inaccessable. If
you are getting NDR's did you remove the SMTP addresses?

Subject: disabled user accounts

We disabled a user account this morning and thus their mailbox was disabled
as well. I enabled the user account about 20 minutes ago, but all mail sent
to this user is giving me NDR's. Any way I can refresh the mailbox. I
can't open their inbox either. Help!!
