But he said it was "store.exe", and that isn't IIS.

SYMPTOMS
========

If you use Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS), a dialog box may be
displayed on the computer running IIS that prompts you to insert a disk in
drive A. The computer running IIS stops responding until you click Ignore.

Run the performance optimizer. Is anything set to A:? Do you have anything
else running on this server, like a virus scanner?

Aside: My late mother used to work at the Santa Maria Gottschalk's store.
My wife (unfortunately) owns GOT stock.

Subject: Store.exe error

In the last week, my Exchange server has stopped responding three times.
When it happens, the users get a message from Outlook about not being able
to log on to their default folders and the security log fills up with the
messages like:

CORP\gina.davis was validated as
/o=Gottschalks/ou=Corporate/cn=Recipients/cn=gina.davis but was unable to
log on to /o=Gottschalks/ou=Corporate/cn=Recipients/cn=gina.davis

Each time it happens, the following message appears in the system log:

Application popup: store.exe - No Disk : There is no disk in the drive.
Please insert a disk into drive A:.

With a corresponding popup on the server. That's it. Has anyone encountered
this before or does anyone have any tips to point me in the right direction?
Any help is appreciated. Exchange 5.5 SP4 running on W2K SP1.
