Thank you sir Ed, Martin, and Don.
I will apply tonite.
To Missy: sorry about the guy thing. Here in the PI, guy is generic. In
fact, the guy word was first heard/used (here) in a movie portrayed by a
very famous filipina actress. Until now, she still carries the name "guy".
You are all cool.

Missy is cool but not a guy.
I believe that your logic is valid. If SP4 contains the required fix, then
I would definitely apply an SP4 instead.

Hi Missy and the rest of the cool guys of Exchange,
Sybari advised that I apply a particular post sp3 hotfix. I did a
doublecheck and yes, it does fit my (remaining) problem.
In this regard, would it be better (or worst) that I apply sp4 then? I do
not usually apply hotfixes. I prefer sps since they are fully regression
tested (that is, according to ms).
What do you think?

Botp, you need to cal MS about this. We're not set up here to handle this
kind of thing.

Hello Team,
I just got the ff error an hour ago. I had to restart the SA to bring the
server back.
Error: "Database resource failure error 0xfffffc0b occurred in function
JTAB_BASE::EcUpdate while accessing the database"
Anyone had the same experience? Any ideas?
Thank you in advance,
