Probably you have a out-of-date contacts in your OAB service, remove, re-add
restart to correct.

We are running Exchange 5.5 SP4 NT SP6.  The client is Outlook 2000 running
on W2K Prof.  When the user is typing in the To: Address, the client will
sometimes hang for about 10 - 15 seconds.

Any ideas?
