Usually when Outlook hangs when trying to access the calendar, but OWA is
fine, it is not a rights issue but a data corruption issue. There is a
probably a recurring meeting with no end date or something like that that is
corrupt. You could try /cleanreminders and /cleanfreebusy but it probably
won't help. You will probably just have to export the items to a PST and
view them so they can be recreated.

Subject: Accessing Resource Mailbox
I've scoured through the Archives and can't seem to find anything on this.
I have a number of resource mailboxes using the AutoAccept script from
exchangecode.com on a Ex 55 server. Just the other day I have run into a
problem where for some reason I cannot access the calendar on a couple of
the mailboxes. I am the owner of the mailbox, and can access every folder,
but when I attempt to open the calendar folder Outlook locks. I have tried
both 98 and 2000 versions of Outlook with the same result. However, if I
access the mailbox via OWA I can get to it. The calendar folder was set
with reviewer permissions to everyone for viewing existing items only. Does
anyone have suggestions on how I can get this thing working correctly again?
I would hate to have to delete the mailbox and recreate this if I don't have
to.
Thanks in Advance.
Paul
