What do you mean by resetting the IIS permission, and according to which
MS KB article? I've seen this happening when people applied Code Red
Cleaner or manually removed all of the ISAPI associations. All you need
to do is restart the IISAdmin service (the Exchange Services will also
be restarted) and it will fix itself.

Subject: hosed owa

I managed to hose permissions on our exchange 2000/w2k box. I reset the
permissions for IIS according to the microsoft kb articles. But now
when I try to use OWA all I get is a directory listing not the usual OWA
interface. What permission security settings need to be changed to get
things back to normal.
