hmm.. that sounds funny...

Ok try this then, Open MSAccess. Don't open any datbase. goto
tools-->security-->user Grps. and accounts --> and try changing the password
for the admin. 

Then try to open the database

Otherwise this has something to do with the MSoffice netowrk inst. Which I
have no experience.. Hit MSDN.micrsoft.com

Remember MS Access users are not the domain users or Local machine users.
those users are define in the Access database and the passwords are set
inside the database. So your user must have changed the Password..

See whether he can remeber any other user name wich he created in The access
database. 

Your Problem does not sound very goood...
