Bit of a weird one that I have given up on and call on the knowledge of
the list...

Scenario:

Win2K, Outlook 2000, Exchange 5.5 Sp4.

I have a shared mailbox that has got the default NT account as a Win2K
group. The mailbox is added as a secondary mailbox for each of the users'
mail profiles. The problem is that private items can not be viewed if the
relevant delegate permission is applied to a distribution list instead of
directly to the user. KB articles imply that this should work or is this
behaviour by design?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Christian
