Classic...

She has her address for these people configured incorrectly.  Make sure they
were created with (presuming) SMTP or Internet address format.  I have had
people do this all the time.

If you really want to test her sending mail, then make sure she types the
address like...  [EMAIL PROTECTED]  and try it that way.  I bet it works.

All,

One of my users is getting this strange problem when trying to email certain
people.  If I send email to this person he receives it just fine.  But when
she sends it she receives this message.  Any ideas?  We are using Exchange
5.5 w/SP 4 on NT 4.0 w/SP6a.
