Our Server is clean now I just thing its  a permission thing

I can hit the page.  But if Nimda infected this box, then I would flatten
and rebuild.  That's the standard recommendation from Microsoft for taking
care of infected servers.

We have OwA installed for a while now but for some strange reason I

the nimda virus screwed things up.  

The URL is smtp.midship.com/exchange
and IIS is installed on the OWA server

Ummm... it means that it can't find the page that you are trying to go
to.  
What server are you trying to connect to?  
What is the URL that you're typing? 
Did you install OWA on the IIS server?

Man, you are having problems at every turn.
