Yea we will get that taken care of.  I'm trying to convice management as we
speak to upgrade us to W2K and Exch2k and do it the proper way of bringing
their user accounts over to our forest through AD migration tool and
exmerging users mailboxes.  And we can add then as an their own
administrative group in our Organization.  Cross your fingers man!  LOL
