By public address book, if you mean an external address, you can create a custom recipient for it, and add that to the DL?

I want to add an email address that is located in a public address book to a distribution list. I know I can add people with in my company to this DL but when I go to choose the public address book its not there. For example I make a new DL with the name Microsoft and then I hit the modify tab it brings up by default GAL and thats it. Does anyone have an ideas about how to add public address books in exchange under the show names from the drop down menu. Thanks all help is appreciated. mike _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] The contents of this email and any attachments are sent for the personal attention of the addressee(s) only and may be confidential.
