Just got off the phone with Microsoft. Looks as if the free/busy
information on some re-occurring calendar events somehow got whacked (for
lack of a better term). I had to run outlook with the cleanfreebusy a few
times to clear it out. If you get the error message "Unable to clean your
free/busy information on the server" adjust the number of months of
published free/busy down to say 5 months and re-run. After a clean run has
been performed adjust it back up to the 10 months or so and re-run once
more.

Do a search on Technet for NoOST=3.

Tom.

That was the first thing I checked. The appointments are also marked as
busy. I tried setting them to free, saving, and then setting back to
busy,
but that made no difference.

They are marked at private by User A. The only way to see them is to log
in
with User rights on User A's calendar. Everyone should see the time
marked
as busy (on the Free/Busy info) if the appointment is marked as busy.
