1. There is no Windows XP Server but a Windows .NET Server 2. Exchange 2000 SP1 is currently not supported on Windows .NET Server. A later Exchange 2000 service pack will probably change this case. 3. It might work to run Exchange 2000 SP1 within a Windows .NET Server Active Directory forest but definitely has some issues. 4. Since Windows .NET Server is not in public beta I suggest to ask this question in the appropriate Windows .NET Server beta support forum.
