It is true that any file based scanner can cause a plethora of problems on an Exchange server. IS crashes, 1018 errors, etc., But _personally_ I have only witnessed ServerProtect BSOD an Exchange 5.5 box. I have seen other AVs do it to previous versions of Exchange.
