So what part of Daniel's suggestion did you not understand? The Custom
Recipient is set up with an external e-mail address - his home e-mail
address. You can then select that CR as the alternate recipient under
delivery options and it will work once you uncheck "Do not allow autoreplies
to the Internet" on your IMS. You asked for the easiest way - that is what
was presented. However, as Daniel also said, the potential for mail loops
increases greatly. If you choose to do this, don't come crying back to us
if your server crashes from a loop. Management's job is to give you orders.
Your job is to reply back why some of the orders don't make sense. If you
do a good enough job, you will make them understand that it doesn't make
sense. Make sure that legal has some input on this as well.

Create a custom recipient representing his home account. Allow auto-forward
under the IMC.

This is not recommended, by the way: the potential for mail loops is large.
Better would be to give him external access to his mailbox.
