The fix is to increase OpenRetryDelay as detailed here: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q264/7/31.ASP
We use 0x800 as our value. If you're using Groupshield, get hotfix 7 from http://b2b.mcafee.com (follow the download links for product updates, login, and look under patches etc).
