Yes...  I read that one.  But it said the remote registry service needed to
be restarted on the exchange server.  There is no remote registry service.
The exchange server is NT40 server SP6a  Exchange55 SP4.

Search for that error (0xc0020035) or "remote registry service" (something
like that) in Technet..

Yes,   we have even re-installed the exchange administrator and re-service
packed.  The funny thing is that some of the people work fine while others
don't.

We have several users who use exchange administrator from their PC's.  A few
of them get errors when they try to do certain things "Delivery Options and
removing members.  The error is: 

"The network path was not Found"  Microsoft Windows NT  ID No 0xc0020035
