No it's not. It's trying to do the job of NAV for Gateways with NAV for Exchange. Most people who own NAV for Exchange own the gateway product too and don't deploy it. At peak times NAV-Gateways was tossing these into the quarantine at the rate of a few dozen per minute yesterday. Not even a hiccup, and it's running on a workstation.
