Considering the many posts on mail filtering and the fact that eManager wanted the same type of thing, I ended up accepting mail on 25 for Interscan/eManager (W2K server) forwarding directly 127.0.0.1:6025 to IIS5 SMTP accepting on port 6025 and then forwarded all mail directly to my Exchange server. Simple to set up and allowed Exchange to act exactly how it is supposed to out of the box. I Regedit Exchange settings at gunpoint only.
Just FYI I guess. Good luck.
