Depends upon how you define "good stuff". :) I delete (without opening) about 50 "Hot Teenz!" messages a day; plus another 50 "Find out anything about anydude" messages and an endless parade of offers for home mortgages.
Every now and again we get a legit message of a personal nature -- naturally we release them to the recipient as soon as we're aware that they're legit; without reading them any further than absolutely necessary.
